Who we are
We are Mobile Electronics Specialists, and we install window tint, car audio, remote start, cameras, alarms and lighting in Crest Hill, Illinois. This page covers this website. Our shop is at 2045 Oakland Ave, Suite 2W, Crest Hill, IL 60403.
What the quote form collects
The form sends us:
- Your name.
- Your phone number, your email address, or both. One of the two is required.
- The vehicle year, make and model, if you fill them in.
- The service you picked.
- What you wrote in the message box.
- The address of the page you sent it from, so we know what you were reading.
We use it to answer you about the work. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not sold.
Where it goes
This site and the form run on Amazon Web Services, in an account we control, and the email reaches us through Amazon Simple Email Service. As it goes out, the program that sends it writes a line to a log in that account, and the line includes the email's subject: your name and the phone number or address you gave us. Those logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
The email lands in two inboxes: ours, and one at Zylio, the web agency that built this site and keeps it running. Both are Google accounts, so Google holds the message as the email provider for each and handles it under its terms. Zylio reads a lead to see that leads are arriving at all, and to fix the form if they are not. Zylio does not market to you.
A copy of each request is also kept in storage in our Amazon account, so a request is not lost if an email is deleted or never arrives. Those copies are deleted automatically after a year. Turning off the analytics below does not change any of this.
Amazon handles it as our service provider, under their terms. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers named on this page.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and which links they tap. It tells us a page was viewed or a phone number was tapped. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it to identify anyone. Google sets cookies to do this, and you can turn it off for every site with Google's opt-out add-on.
Advertising cookies
We use the Meta Pixel, which tells Facebook and Instagram when someone visits this site or sends a quote request. That is how we know whether an ad brought anyone in, and how an ad can be shown to someone who has been here before. You choose what Meta may use in your Facebook ad settings, and Meta explains the whole system on its About Facebook Ads page.
How to turn them off
- Your browser can block or delete cookies, including these. Look under privacy settings.
- Google's opt-out add-on stops Google Analytics on every site you visit.
- Meta's ad settings control what Facebook and Instagram use to choose your ads.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent anything this site collects. The companies that see it are the ones named on this page: Amazon, which runs the site, sends the email and holds the stored copy; Google, which hosts both inboxes and runs the analytics; Meta, which runs the advertising; and Zylio, which built the site and reads a lead to check the form is working. Each handles it under its own terms. If we change providers, this page changes with them.
